If you haven't seen any
RSA videos yet
(check out my post from a while ago), you really should. Among other things, they create cartoon visualizations to go along with speeches, lectures, and discussions on amazing topics.
This one is from a lecture by Stephen Dubner and Steven Levitt, the co-authors of
Freakonomics and
Superfreakonomics, which is now being made into a
movie. There's also a podcast and a segment on
Marketplace, and I'm super-obsessed with their investigations into "the hidden side of everything."
